Squirrel Girl has single-handedly defeated Dr. Doom, Thanos, Deadpool and a few others. Don't mess with her.

haha i've always liked them both, jubilee was definitely more interesting in the comics while in the yellow and blue suit...more mature than the cartoon, and fireworks can be a cool power i think if looked at right. i dig when dazzler puts her hands together and fires her power like a gun. rediculous but unique. that and i sort of got more props for her after hearing she kicked Klaws ass before the secret war.
i personally can't stand like bill foster as giant man. if i made a pym particle fat chance i'm giving it to some other guy. black goliath could be the most uncreative name as well. but overall i think marvel has a discent amount of good characters... if we were talking about dc i'm sure i could name a few lousy ones.

Agreed--I hate to go into "fanboy" mode, but Claremont grossly mischaracterized Dazzler once he had her on the team. He took away all the character quirks that made her "Dazzler" and started writing her as the team rookie (despite the fact that she had a 42+ issue solo run before joining the X-Men) and made her into kind of a prima-donna/priss. I'm not a big fan of "X-Men" Dazzler, "Marvel Universe" Dazzler was cool though. Jubilee...well. The cartoon version was enough to give me a lifetime distaste for her. She got better in Generation X, I thought--but on the whole I've never cared for her.
But the MU character of all time that I hate and think is one of the shittiest characters being published? SAGE. She's a Mary Sue/Deus ex Machina with vague powers that are somehow molded and adapted for any situation. Characters are always fawning over her and she's almost always one-upping villains and her own teammates. Matrix rip-off with OMG-the-shiznit powers and no weaknesses or limitations = LAME ;)

i was browsing over the marvel/dc crossover characters on wikipedia and omg they all suck, except for one, in a strange turn of events the howard the duck/lobo character is awesome lol. i mean dark claw, the prospect of a character that is batman and wolverine crossed sounds cool, that is until you see him...

Well for one I happen to like Namor, not that I'm going to argue with you. He really hasn't been a staple of marvel comics since the 40's, and ever since then there has been some really dumb things done with his character.
But if you look at the era from which Namor comes, terrible characters are a dime a dozen.
Who knew that mongoose blood could give you super speed.
Marvel, IMO, needs to purge alot of its old characters. The whole mythology thing is old. And stupid to put in comics. Personally, I think they should've left Thor dead. Hercules should be done away with. And Asgard should never be mentioned again.

Luke Cage - Power and concept is fine, but what's up with the "street-look"... i hate his looks... honest, even his "powerman" looks sucks... LUKE GET A SUPER-HERO IMAGE CONSULTANT!
Thor - I mean, he is A GOD... and he has been beating up so many times it's not even funny! Goldy Locks is so lame... "You souless machine, how dare you struck the son of Odin"... i mean, spidey just speak my thought "SHOWOFF" XD
Silver Surfer - He is SO... SO powerful... it's boring.

Pretty much every mutant has been at some point rumored to be one of the most powerful mutants out there.
There's not that many characters I don't like. At least none that I can recall at the very moment. I find it annoying that they come up with a new Goblin every couple of years, though.

Hindsight Lad. Forget that guy. He sucks so bad, he had to resort to blackmail to get into the New Warriors, and then decided to start killing the other New Warriors off once Civil War was over. Or were we just going by people who have their own titles? Because I think J2 (son of Juggernaut) and Wild Child (daughter of Elektra/Wolverine) come close.
