When we can see a fusion of caracthers like...:
Wolverine + Batman
Superman + Captain America
Sabretooth + Joker
Who is the owner of rights? Booth (DC and Marvel)?
MAYBE this kind of caracthers we can do a mod?

DC owns Batman Superman and Joker etc.
We just cant make DC characters avaible for public, since people make characters that are already in the Marvel universe. (i know confusing :P) If i remember correctly Blaw sended a email about ...well i dont know how long back. Asking if DC wants their characters in the Marvel universe (so we can also mod DC characters). To badly (as expected) he got no answer
He wasnt asking to mod those characters, he is asking about the Amalgam Comics http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amalgam_Comics characters like Dark Claw http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Claw , Super-Soldier http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super-Soldier, and Hyena. Amalgam characters are owned by both DC and Marvel.
And are you sure BLaw ever sent an email, because i dont remember that at all.
Anyways, i'm not sure if they would be alright to mod. amalgam skins have been released and they werent told to take them down.
Im pretty sure he said it somewhere, it was in another ''why cant we mod DC characters?'' thread. As for the amalgam characters. Never knew they exicted, sorry for the misunderstanding ^^. I always thought these guys where fan-stuff. Oh well XD

Thats not what the poster meant. He asks about characters, not the overall company's (check nodoubts post)
