what does it realy do
I've had it for a couple of days. I have been able to extract all tpf files to their original tgf or bmp files.
Example: I've already used it to create an ultimate black-suit for both red and black. I just like the black. And I've also took the Ultimate-red and Ultimate-black and combined them. (Sosiska's skins I believe).
So basically .... if you thought you couldn't un-pack tpf files and tweak them to your liking .... that is no longer accurate.
