Title: Captain America for Super Hero Squad Infinity Gauntlet X-box 360

My son got a X-box 360 for Christmas with Super Hero Squad 2. Is there a way to get Captain America without going thru X-box live? I don't want to give my credit card number to set up something that is free.

you know, you do get 1 month of gold membership Xbox live for free, if he hasnt done that already
