No, I don't think they found a way to do that yet on MUA. She just has powers from other characters in the game with this booster.

(1) Took away Life Theft and gave her Storm's Blitz (2) Iceman's Freeze Beam now freezes and slows (before it didn't) (3) X-Treme updated to Ability Slam using Ms. Marvel, Sunfire and Gambit's power. (4) Uses Jean's animations, so using the powers looks better and feels better while playing (5) sounds included as well as the wings file that was missing.
If you've already downloaded the earlier version, I'd reccomend redownloading. It plays WAY better.

Yeah I thought about doing his Age of X Alpha version on that model, but I'm waiting to learn how to detail more before I start on that. Unless you decide to do it. lol

Here's Cyclops. I didn't want him to be like all the others. Cause I thought if this was a story, instead of Jean always being the one dead and Cyclops Greiving, I would want it the other way around. So, I thought, instead of him being alive and kickin', he should be a robot...and kickin lol. I ended up finishing it today, I'm personally happy with it and I don't think I did too bad considering I actually used air brushing, painting, and pencil on this thing. (I didn't take the easy way out lol) I also included a hud.

Thanks guys. I might need a little help. I made the new icons and banner, got it into the igb file, but their not showin' up right. I did also save the bmp file as a png, but I can't convert it to an igt file. I don't know how to do that... But once I can get the icons done and make a fourth skin, unless ya'll think I should include a skin I've already done, then the MUA booster will be complete. I'll also have huds to go with the skins too. The only skins I've got for it are nuhverah's hybrid legacy, the 80's uncanny hybrid (on Invisible Woman's model) and the Ultimate metal form. I was gonna include either the outback skin or the Age of X, but I didn't think those would go well with it...What do ya'll think? Should I make another "metal form" skin or not?

Off-topic: Also love the second link that Midnightphoenix posted. Red always looks good on Jean and its really cool on Scott. He doesn't wear red often but it works well with him. Blue is great on both Logan and Storm even though Storm doesn't wear blue much. Green on Rogue is always wonderful and on Gambit it is very new, although I think it will take some time getting warmed up to.

Not to mention all the family reunions and some drama that's come up, but I'm back. Probably not as much as I was, but still back lol. I'm bout to start working on one of the skins I had mentioned before , maybe try to get a couple done. I got the rest of the skins done for my custom mod. I'm kinda in blah mode today, so I don't know if I want to work on it or not lol. If I don't, I'll at least post some pics of the other skins.
I'm workin on Gredin right now. Gettin' the powers all together. I was wondering if someone would like to help with the Huds, if not it's ok.
Here's a list of his powers:
1. Raging Souls - Shoots fireballs of souls at enemies.
2. Life Taker - Saps the life from an enemy, chance of stun.
3. Soul Fountain - Souls and Fire wash upon surrounding enemies.
4. Sin of Fear - Surrounding Enemies see their worst fears, damaging them and making them flee.
5. Fireball of Souls - Launch a fireball filled with souls at an enemy, chance of instant death.
6. Take Over - Sap life while levitating an enemy, once let go, enemy becomes ally for a time.
7. Teleport - Just like Dr. Strange's
8. Flames of Darkness - Flames surround Gredin, damaging enemies as they come near while also healing him.
9. Soulist Maelstrom - Released captured souls in built up fire.
Does that sound good cause I'm second guessing some of them...

That's funny you said that, MarvelFan, cause I was gonna use one of Mephisto's pets' models for one of his skins, but decided not to lol. Mephisto's Realm is my favorite part of the whole game so I was tryin to go along that line...in a way. lol
OK, so I worked on my CC mod, Gredin, and I decided, forget it! I got very aggravated and I decided I'm just gonna stick with skinning and boosts. I did something wrong, I don't know what, but w/e. I'm a red head, and Irish, so yeah, temper got the best of me... lol. Sorry... Anywho... Back to the skinning. What model would be best for Magneto's Age of X costume?
maybe his ultimate skin with out a helmate from xml2? it wouldn't have the loincloth but that would be hard to do without modeling anyways. the only male model with a loincloth that i can think of off the top of my head would be kazar, but that has no cape...

Lol. Thanks. :) Awesomeness! I was just upset cause her eyes are huge and the black straps aren't on her back, so it looks funny... I'll fix it later though :) And the MA was easy. Just changed the blue to green and yellowed the X symbol. lol.

Thanks :) Well I thought I had everything done but I don't know how to edit the package files...and plus I can't do icons...or I should say I haven't figured it out yet...lol. I had him with Dr. Stranges animations and stuff, but since I don't know how to edit those files, I couldn't change the names and all that. I might take the time to do some studying... maybe... not right now though.

Yeah, that's why I thought about it. But I was kinda scared too cause I didn't want to take away from the two people that have made her Astonishing skin already... but, I guess I can add a little bit of my taste to it. (Make her look horrifying, LMAO. Just kiddin') I'll probably just make both so that way people can just choose which one they like best. Heck, Emma fans might use both, never know. :)

Awesome new skins, they are some of my favs now! Can't wait for more.
Assuming that you are giving Ray and Jubes short hair, then I would recommend adding Dazzler. She has sported short hair quite a bit and you can pick it being either blonde or pink! The only other X-women who look good with short hair imo would be Sage, Karma, Wolfsbane, or Surge. If you are gonna do more longer hair X-Women later than I would suggest Kitty, Polaris, and Psylocke.
Totally forgot bout Dazzler. I'll do her hair in pink since most of her skins have blonde hair. And I think I'll do Surge. She doesnt have enough skins... :)
I thought about doing Kitty, Psylocke and Polaris on Kitty's Model, cause I'm doin' a personal skin on that model as well. But I could do it on that model to. (Wont take long at all lol)

Im done with Polaris and Psylocke, but I'm waiting to get done with the other girls and I'm just gonna release them all in one. But, I'm stuck... I started to pull up Jean's Ultimate short-haired model, yeah..I can't edit that...it's way to small (I have bad eyes already... :( ) So, I'm trying to decide which other model I want to use. Should I use Invisible Woman or Ms. Marvel's Binary for the short haired girls?
Maybe IW, Ms. Marvel's Binary's hair is too spiky, or maybe you could use Rogue's Ultimate, or Magma's or Jubilee's.
I did them using Invisisble Woman's model. Even though I totally forgot about Jubilee and Sage... I feel dumb lol. Anywho, Psylocke and Dazzler might look a bit different than the pics because I forgot to save the igb file so I had to go back and do them again. So here they are :) (I think Kitty looks the best myself...)

Quick Question!
I was doing some more research on the whole modding thing... and I think I messed up somewhere or I just haven't done something. Anywho, I tried Gredin in MUA earlier just to see if anything would work...and yeah, his skins show up, but that's it. And some powers work, but not really well...which I think thats because of the entities files. But I don't get why the fightstyles and animations or whatever don't work. So still trying to figure that out, and I'm sure I will, just like I did with the skins :) So my question is, until I'm really in that mood to learn some more, I'm going to pretty much just replace Dr. Stranges powers with Gredin's and replace the skins. (Maybe the sounds too, havent decided yet.) Can I release that as a booster or should I just keep it to myself since it's pretty much a character replacement?

that means there's a texture missing...
Well all the effects came from Human Torch and Dr Strange, so it's all from the original game... Shouldn't be a problem unless something was deleted before or something wasn't put in the right place...
Perhaps it conflicts with one of the other mods? (not that I know of though :P)

That boost is supposed to do that, just like Green Goblin's. When you use the power, use that same power once more to revert back to normal size and your energy will regenerate back. :)

I've downloaded her and played on MUA for 4 hours non-stop (Which is a lot, actually, as I usually only test mods out on the firs level), and I can honestly say she hasn't left my team once- she is extremely fun and unique, and the slow flying isn't much of a problem at all- it can be irritating, but then you just walk on the floor shrunk down; most enemies can't even hit her :P
She compliments Giant Man amazingly as well with the rest of the Avengers!

Yeah, I was thinkin that too... I was just wondering cause I tried it out (in another game) and it was kinda nifty. lol. But I'll just leave the powers like they are. Which helps cause that doesn't leave me much left to do. Just the artsy stuff :D

I haven't gotten Wasp's powers to work correctly yet. I think it has something to do with Mysterio. They both have the same character number in my game. I need to change all the character numbers for one of them. I think it's Mysterio who is off.
O_o Alrighty then... Well I know if you have Spider-Woman and Wasp together, she wont work. (Same with Giant Man and Luke Cage).
Hmmmm, I have had that problem when I use Moondragon and Jean Grey. I bet there is a fix for it (just don't know what it is). I'll let you know if I find out.

You should add her to the Character Mod Catalog, it's a bit hard to find now - I wouldn't have known about it had I not done some specific searches for her and Giant Man.
Actually, I thought the mods were added at one time. Don't ask me. They should have been added to the catalog a long time ago.
Ah- just had a 'no powers'-bug when I had both Wasp and Invisible Woman on my team. Was there a fix for these kind of issues?
Apart from that, she works perfectly. A truly amazing mod.

The above occured while I was using a certain Invisible Woman booster. I edited out the booster, and for some reason I now didn't get the 'no power' bug anymore when I put her and the Wasp on the same team. Everything works as it should. So, please ignore the bug thing. The compliments are all the more valid!

I noticed one issue with the Wasp mod. Her 'Sting Ray' power is relatively overpowered. On higher levels, it does far more damage than any other power in the game.
While the damage settings in the Talent file are the same as those of powerful beam attacks of several other characters, the settings for leveling up the power are not, and that is what causes the difference. If you want to scale the power down to a more 'normal' setting for the game, the last part of the Sting Ray section in the Talent file should be changed to:

I didn't have that issue in game... Plus, it's just pretty much copied from someone ele's power, I don't mess with the numbers, only with what I need to, which is pretty much the names.
Well, it's not a bug & won't cause any problems. It's more for personal preference of balancing powers. The damage coding is the same as the one used in other powers: I've seen it in Ms. Marvel's 'Prism', in the Uni-Beam from MUA2 Iron Man, some others as well), but the leveling-up starts earlier and therefore can go further, enabeling damage levels far beyond those that Ms. Marvel, Iron Man, etc. can reach.
The coding I posted makes the power thus that you can level it up four times (four out of ten 'balls': three with a cost of 2, one with a cost of 3) instead of ten, just like with those similarly scaled powers.

So, been working on getting back into modding as I've gained more time. With this said. I have a couple mods I have in mind. I went back and downloaded this Rogue Overloaded booster I created back in the day. Not really impressed. I enjoy it, but it does not feel like the Rogue I enjoy in the comics. With this said, I am working on a Rogue Overloaded 2 booster. This booster will hopefully be more of a Rogue feel than the first.
However, this is a future project, I want to continue to work on what I wanted to bring into MUA originally. With the new release of Resident Evil 2 Remake, I would love to bring Claire Redfield into the MUA universe. However, I'm only able to do codework at this time until further notice.
If someone on the artistic side of the modding community would like to help in this particular area of the mod, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate the time and effort. (This includes skins, mannequin, power icons, huds and load screen.)
In the meantime, I will be working on the Claire Redfield mod and if no takers will take up this request, i will then proceed to Rogue Overloaded 2 booster.

If you would like to contribute with the sounds, I would welcome the help. :) Especially from a fan of RE. I will be honest though, as a fan of Claire, I personally would prefer the Original Voice actress, especially since she also did Jubilee's voice from the X-Men cartoons. I always found that fascinating. However, I wont be too picky since you would be the one handling the sounds. I don't want to sound ungrateful.

I will say the mod will not be done as quickly as I had done before as the life of Scabbia has progressed since I was last around, lol. I did start the mod when I last posted, but not a lot was done due to work and good ol' Valentines Day. Gotta keep the other half happy, ya know. :D Again, thank you all. Looking forward to the work for this mod. :)

Sorry for the late update.
Unfortunately my computer's Hardrive went "Boom!" and I lost everything I've been working on. :banghead:
I'm currently using a friends computer to keep up with things. I'm so sorry, but unfortunately I am not able to continue any work for Claire Redfield or Rogue's update.
However, I have seen some recent updates for more content and you guys are doing an amazing job. Couldn't ask for a better community. :) Keep up the good work guys.
If I am able to start over or continue, I will update. Until then, Excelsior!
