I am DEFINITELY interested! We both have to start with a completely unmodded game. Once we get that working, we can try to make the same modifications one at a time and see if we can get a modded game to work! :D

Hey, quick question: What happens if you have different mods installed than the person you're playing with? Like if I play as Scarlet Spider on our team, and that character isn't on my friend's computer, what would he see?
I haven't even been able to get the online game to work with both players having the EXACT mods installed, so I doubt the game will work with the players having different mods installed.

Yes, you must use the original, unmodded game. To play online, one of the players hosts the game and gives his IP address to the other player(s). Then, they connect to his game by typing in his IP address.
