I thought we since some of us have nicknames that aren't self-explanatory, some would like to explain how they came up with them.

But it's kind of sarcastic, because I believe most if not all of us behave like nowhere men and that's what I'm desperately trying to escape, you know? Having a greater purpose in life, better that just sustaining life itself and blind consumerism.

Well, mine is a whole lot easier. Practically, it's just a characters name from Naruto: Shippuuden. One of my favourite characters, of course, especially at the times, when he had Zabuza's sword (which rocks BTW). That's all to it
Mine is the last name of my favorite female artist in the band Lacuna Coil. (Cristina Scabbia... :bowdown1:)
mine is a dbz character broly,as many of you might know.i like broly even though he just a non canon villain because of his power.
Well, I myself always liked the Legendary Super Saiyan. He had greenish hair, unlike other Saiyans (plus big as Hulk :D )
My nickname is the last name of one character in the novel I'm writing some ten years now.
"Harpua" is a Phish song that was a staple of their live concerts, but has now become a rarity and has only been performed live. Trey Anastasio always narrated a different story at every concert in the middle of the song.
The memory that sticks out in my mind the most is listening to a hissy, cassette, bootleg of this show from '94:

BLaw stands for just.. Blah.. but then with a "w".
Also for B(ish) which is my last name (yeah) and Law for me going by my own laws of life (enjoying it as much as I can with whatever I want)
And because Martial Law used to be my fav Tekken 1/2/3 char.
And because of the song Stand Up by Ludacris (rapper and yeah most of you don't like rap songs) who somewhere goes BLAAAW in his song which I used for mixing songs to introduce the guy who mixed the songs. Which would be me then. Lol.
Complicated isn't it.
On another forum I used to go by the name "Do I have a name?" because I couldn't think of one and was feeling a bit pretentious. After a while everyone started shortening it to Dihan and it stuck. I also use "ynni" in various other places, like YouTube. It is Welsh (my first language) for energy, power or vigour. I didn't actually pick it for a specific reason; I just flicked through a dictionary looking for a word that would amuse me if someone tried to guess at saying it yet without it appearing to be a different language. I also think it's a pretty cute word, appearance-wise.
The Hyperman part of mine is based on a superhero I made up when I was a little kid. (Here's a link to what I wrote about him on my website: http://www.vorazone.com/VoraZone.com-hyperman.htm ; I was a little kid when I wrote this up, by the way.)
The 360 part comes from the fact that my favorite shape is a circle, and there are 360 degrees in a circle. Plus it sounds cool. Nothing to do with the Xbox 360. I don't even own one. (Even though I like Microsoft. Go PCs!)

Bubbleman, from Megaman 2. He's not really my favorite robot master, but I have a drawing of him (given to me by my classmate who drew it last year as a birthday present) in my bedroom, so I decided to put Bubbleman as my username because it was the first thing I saw when I was thinking of an username.

This is actually related to your name, NM; I was watching an episode of that animated series The Batman, and it had a character called the Everywhere Man. He was like a copy of Multiple Man, but was a bunch of evil duplicates of a guy. At the end the guy destroys the device and makes all the clones disappear, and calls himself "Nowhere Man."
Because i'm a MUA fan and i'm in love with it, i took it for my name.. My name was supossed to be MUA Lover, but i forgot to press space.. so that's it. :)

Ive used midnightphoenix as my name since I was a kid, I dont really know how it came to be exactly. The Phoenix part is because I love Phoenix, and I also believe that like the Phoenix, no matter what happens in life you should always "Rise" from the ashes and never let anything pull you down. Midnight, I have no idea where that came from. 123 I have no idea about either lol.

Well,I'm not quite sure.When I created my account here I wanted a different username for some reason.So I started thinking completely at random and the famous phrase "Ave Caesar!" was the first think that i thought about.And that's pretty much it. :scratchhead:
P is the 1st letter in my name when its written in English, Frost cuz of Emma Frost and because its a last name of fictional character AKA My Alter Ego I created, and also because I am extremely comfortable when its cold and I cant stand heat, I prefer snow and rain over sun any day. Especially Rainy and Cloudy Days!!!
I was hit by a car & walked with a cane for about a year... so my friends & family started to call me Cain. Alittle time had passed & Mortal Kombat the movie had gained a big cult following in my neighborhood... so people started to call me Kano. Years later, i became a member of MarvelMods.com & decided to place my daughters age beside my name (see'in as though she was always beside me asking questions about this site).
Wish I could say that mine is incredibly profound or something but I actually got mine from a Facebook quizz "What is your hacker name" (Side note: The correct term is actually "cracker" and not hacker) I took it and it said my name would be "anonymouspunk" I guess it just sorta stuck with me :P
The 89 is my birth year. So we add em together and get "anonymouspunk89"
