News on the upcoming Iron Man Film?

Jeff Bridges as the Iron Monger
Shaun Toub as Yin Sen, the captive from Afghanistan

ILM is going to be hired for special effects. The only thing is I don't know the main antagonist. Mandarin, most likely?

Ultimate Nick Fury is an African-American. The character was also based off Samuel L. Jackson, who will also portray the Colonel in the movie.

its probably more of the director chooses ideas from every continuim of iron man and put into one movie ..

Yeah, I wouldn't count on it being "Ultimate".  Movies are sortof like an alternate universe of Marvel, like the Age of Apocalypse.  Things are similar, but not perfectly the same.
