Aside UMDGen for PSP, you can also use Ultra ISO Plus, recommended by jayglass

Mr. jayglass only said Ultra ISO Plus is able to create either new PS2 or PSP w/out any problems. I'm not sure if the rest of the consoles works w/ this ISO creation program as well since one of them could be only work on specific tools.
