With faster and more fluent control, Storm can now wield the elements with lethal precision!


Abilities

Chain Lightning Lightning shoots from Storm's hands chaining from enemy to enemy
Changes - Is now the starting attack
             - More rapid damage ticks
             - Can now redirect chain when target dies
             - EP per/sec is less than the initial cost to start chain

Funnels Two small wind funnels move outward stunning enemies
Changes - Increased casting speed
             - funnels have increased movement
             - no longer restricts how many u can spawn

Blizzard Attaches a blizzard to the target damaging surrounding enemies
Changes - Increases radius of effect
             - Faster casting speed

Lightning Strike Calls down lightning bolts to strike enemies
Changes - multiple lightning strikes
             - hits enemies without needing to be targeted

Whirlwind Creates a powerful vortex lifting and throwing objects and enemies
Changes - Slower movement speed keeps enemies in the vortex for longer
             - no longer restricts how many can be spawned

Static Charge Charges enemies in range, increasing all damage they receive
Changes - Reduced damage increase

Raging Tempest Radial lightning and wind attack
Changes - None

Will Of The Goddess Makes all party members invulnerable for a time, and increases max EP
Changes - None

Whirlwind Armor Strong winds surrounds storm, absorbing elemental damage, radiation damage, and energy damage, and damages enemies that touch her
Changes - None

Storm Shield Increases resistances for Storm and allies
Changes - None

Electrified Fists Adds additional electricity damage to melee attacks
Changes - None

Climate Control Storms mastery of the elements increases defense and elemental resistance
Changes - New Ability

Weather Mastery Increases damage and chance of criticals with wind damage and electricity damage
Changes - Combines lighting mastery and wind mastery

Leadership Increases combo XP bonus and chance of criticals for entire team
Changes - New Ability

Flight Allows flying and improves mastery over it
Changes - None

Mutant Mastery Increases EP regeneration rate
Changes - None


Notes

- Also has unlisted minor changes such as level requirement changes, ability texture changes etc.
- Radial electric removed now that lightning strike hits many targets and it was to similar to static charge
- Any feedback would be great

thx man. to bad im a decade and a half late to the party :P when i was a young sprite i had ability sheets of each character and for characters i wished i could have added. I hope some new content can help revitalize some energy in could be modders of xml

Youíre never too late! I only started making boosters for this game last year, and thereís still so much thatís untapped for this game

I might be tempted to share some of my own boosters thanks to Cohollow's posts. I just need to re-figure out all of the things I actually changed and organize them into appropriate downloads.

Also, Cohollow: Storm having Leadership is one of the first things I did as well. It was absolutely ridiculous that she didn't have that passive in the vanilla game. She's extremely well known as the "second-in-command", sometimes primary leader and has had so many positions of authority before even in other groups like the Morlocks and her marriage to T'Challa (becoming Queen of Wakanda). Her not having it felt completely wrong. Glad to see others like you fix this mistake.

Dream Weaver, I'm excited to see what you've made and really hope you upload your work! Storm is a booster i really need to revisit soon now that I've learned so much more about modding. I wish i could figure out how to stop her twister attacks from fizzling out when shes attacked during casting  :storm: Hemlot I'm glad you like em XD XML2 has always been fav of the four games with XML and MUA battling a close second. Something about the destructive environments and more flashy and fast paced attacks and combos really give it the edge over MUA for me. Also the fact that X-Men is my favorite of any selection of comics!

Hi.

So I installed the game fresh and installed multiple character boosters.
So I installed this via XMLBcui. I opened the herostats.xmlb then edited the xml file then converted it to engb. I can see the modifications such as:

I cannot see leadership in the list. I already started a new game to check. I checked Storm's entry on the herostats and it's listed there:

The addition of leadership is the only thing implemented by the herostat, so if that the only thing missing then the root of the problem is deffs the herostat. I found that the additions to herostat won't show up unless i both close and restart the game and then start a new game. try reopening the game and let me know if that works for u

I ended up just deleting the Activision folder and it worked finally. Thanks
