XML2: Higher resolution portrait template

Thx to Alchemy 5 discovered by KingAdam+nikita488+BaconWizard's help, it became easier to figure out how models from XML2/MUA are made.

It is in fact easy to create hud for XML2, just need the mesh to be placed correctly and maybe having correct mesh name and you can put higher resolution image than the default 64x64 texture, I tried for MUA, but they does not open via Alchemy 5, they might use custom optimization, quad or lightning  :

What I did is to create portraits hud via 3DS MAX with the structure found via Alchemy 5 and placed a 128x128 texture instead of the default 64x64x texture, so you can now use those hud with higher resolution support.

I haven't found any issue so far, should not be any, once I found the file location of the portrait from the Danger Room mode, I'll upload here.

Tutorial in the download, you need to found the offset of those to replace the texture, please share it here, so everyone can use this with skinnerUI, don't know much about finding offset sadly.
I used DDS DTX1 format texture and generated mipmap, DTX3 might be better to support alpha channel

:), I've added higher resolution template for Power Icons & Loading screen, but they need testing, not sure if power icons will work correctly, I dunno how power icons work in MUA & XML2.
- Loading screen from 512x512 1024x1024 or 2048x2048 size added
- Power icons from 128x128 to 512x512 so you can put 128x128 average power icons textures.

Also everything exported here used a DDS texture BTX1 with generated mipmap.
