GRUMPY BEAR

He's one of the most popular members of the Care Bear Family, and also perhaps the most cynical... Grumpy Bear joins the alliance! This was a fun one to pen down, as I essentially came into it with the mindset of "how could he be differentiated from other Care Bears if there was a full roster of them?". So, I leaned into him being a lightning/thunderstorm elemental user, with a sprinkling of other references, including the iconic Care Bear Stare as the 5th power. I hope you can be able to put his abilities to good use, and rain on the parade of those who are uncaring.

FEATURES:
-5 powers, 2 boosts and an Xtreme.
-Ability of Flight
-2 hex-edited skins, HUDs, 1 loading screen, icons and sound/voice file using Bob Dermer's voice from various pieces of Nelvana Care Bears media.
-Uses skin numbers 24315 & 16, will clash with the mannequins & loadscreens of Heimdall, Puck, & The Runner.

MOVESET:
1. Tummy Thunder: Summons a bolt of lightning with his Tummy Symbol magic that knocks an enemy down.
2. Rainy Day Stare: Fires a stream of rainwater from his Tummy Symbol to multiple enemies.
3. Cynical Storm: Slams the ground, creating a thunderstorm with his magic. Does extra damage against slowed enemies.
4. Rainbow Rescue Beam: A special invention originally made for fast travel between Earth and Care-a-Lot; Uses this magic tech to warp within a given range. When near an ally, he will warp farther. Also damages enemies caught at the end of the teleport.
5. Care Bear Stare: The ultimate Care Bear ability! Fires a magical rainbow beam of pure good feelings from the Tummy Symbol, dealing mental damage.
6. (Boost) Angry Lightning: Grants electric melee damage and 50% elemental resistance to himself with magic.
7. (Boost) Caring Armor: Combines caring magic with his mechanical ingenuity to engineer a special lightning armor for the whole team that enhances power damage and defense.
8. (Xtreme) Wrathful Stare: Pours all his anger and frustration into a massive lightning explosion!
