This is a mini-booster for James "Bucky" Barnes, the Winter Soldier. Original mod by Outsider.
As a huge Captain America fan, I thought it'd be cool and fitting to see Bucky with the iconic Shield Throw power that we've come to expect from all versions of Captain America, to go along with his already awesome and unique set of powers in the original mod. Enjoy!
