Improved Gear v1.1 Mod

This mod simply improves nearly all of the gear in MUA1.

All Changes:
* Balanced out the sell amount of all gear based upon how valuable or powerful each gear is
* Joybuzzer now does 15% of melee attacks will paralyze victim instead of 5%
* Attuma's Wrath power dmg scaled from 25% to 30%
* Blackheart's Corruption dmg dealt from 5% to 15% + removed the xp taken away affect
* Bulldozer's Helmet now reflects 10% of dmg instead of 5%
* Assassin's Sight 15% critical chance on ranged attacks instead of 5%
* Crown of Byrrah 3 to Body, Focus and Strike instead of 2
* Super Soldier Serum 25% max health instead of 10%
* Dark Steel increased defense from 25% to 30%
* Spider's Bite increased chance to dodge melee attacks from 10% to 15% + increased movement and attack speed from 20% to 25%
* Dark Uru Hammer increased dmg to all melee attacks from 10 to 15
* Deathbird's Feather increased HP regen from 5 to 10
* Doom's Mask increased all talents from 1 to 3 + increased max health and energy from 10% to 25%
* Dragon Polymer increased defense from 25% to 30%
* Dragon's Heart increased critical chance on melee attacks from 3% to 10%
* Armor of Galactus increased absorb dmg from 10% to 15%
* Imperial Mantle increased Body, Focus and Strike from 6 to 7
* Stone Touch increased chance to turn victim into stone from 3% to 7%
* Lizard's Serum increased HP regen from 2 to 10
* Loki's Gift now does increased attack dmg instead of reducing by 25%
* Norn Stones increased XP from 15% to 25%
* White Ring of Mandarin increased energy dmg to all melee attacks from 5 to 10 + increased energy dmg decreased from 35% to 30%
* MODOK Chip increased XP from 5% to 15%
* Master Hologram increased chance to dodge melee attacks from 10% to 25%
* Grappling Speed increased grab move dmg from 50% to 65%
* Radioactive Touch increased melee dmg as radiation dmg from 5% to 10%
* Rhino's Horn increased resist all from 10% to 15%
* Scorpion's Tail increased chance to cause knockback on ranged attacks from 10% to 25%
* Shocker's Gloves increased electricity dmg to all melee attacks from 10 to 15
* Starbolt's Flame increased fire dmg to all melee attacks from 5 to 10 + increased all fire dmg powers from 35% to 50%
* Hydro Suit increased energy and HP per knockout from 10 to 15
* Helmet of Titannus increased strike from 10 to 15
* Ulik's Fists increased critical chance on all attacks from 10% to 15%
* Ultimo's Plating increased chance to deflect projectiles from 10% to 25%
* Shi'ar Battle Armor increased reflect dmg from 10% to 15%
* Bionic Arm increased strike from 5 to 10
* Wrecker's Crowbar increased chance to deflect projectiles from 15% to 25% + increased melee dmg from 5% to 30%
* Due to the large amount of gear changes and edits, its quite possible I missed some changes that aren't documented here
* Now compatible with Outsider's EXG mod, make sure Improved Gear overwrites the EXG
