Hi, I'll be putting here all the information you want to know about it

ACT 1
Age of Apocalypse(you unlock X-Man):

Location:Genosha seawall
Characters:X-Man, Storm, Wolverine, Toad


ACT 2
Lilandra's Rescue:

Location:Jungle Ruins
Characters:Cyclops,Storm,Wolverine,Colossus

Fatal Attractions:

Location:Mikhail's Warship
Characters:Wolverine,Jean Grey,Gambit,Rogue
Bosses:Magneto

ACT 3
Radioactive Rain:

Location:Madri Antechamber
Characters:Jean Grey,Colossus,Iceman,Storm
Bosses:Cyclops,Wolverine,Gambit,Rogue

Dark Phoenix:

Location:Mutant Fusion Core
Characters:Cyclops,Storm,Colossus,Wolverine

ACT 4
X-cutioner's Song(you unlock Cable):

Location:Brain Trust

Brood: Day of Wrath(you unlock Cannonball):

Location:Tower Engineering

Mutant Massacre:

Magneto's Return

i dont really know about were you can find them.  but i have a question on them, do the comic missions use existing maps or all new psp exclusive maps?  and how are they accessed in game?

dark phoenix? you have to finish the game,like unlocking deadpool

and about the comic missions they use exclusives maps and you can access them by using the review menu.Exactly where there are the comics

thanks for the info.  i might try to recreate the comic missions for the pc version of xml2, i just have to figure out which maps would work the best (too bad we cant use MUA maps).  again thanks for the information :) .

Does anyone know that if you need to complete those also to unlock Prof. X or just the Danger Room ones?

well i know it is easy to see but if you want to unlock them without searching them you only have to do the cheat for unlocking the comics
