Lady Mastermind skin

So here's my first attempt at a skin. Yeah, I know: there's not a Lady Mastermind mod out. I plan on attempting to make one, though... after I thoroughly read through all of the info you guys have here on understanding powerstyles.

I was originally going to base the skin on Emma's X-Men Legends 1 skin, but I had a little trouble editing it because of its smaller size, and it didn't have a belt or bracelet thingies, so I decided to base it off of a combo of Dazzler and Kitty.

Is that skin  for PC or for PS2?
I thought that a great idea for doing the mod of her would be Cable's mod because he has psychic powers and 2 shotguns like her.
