The state of the world we live in: someone mentions a major character donning armor in a later film, and they become a 'villain' on other sites. Sad, neh?

No, that's my whole point. AICN reported that Rhodey would become War Machine, and that somehow translated to him becoming a villain ???

Yeah, i got what you meant in your first post. :)
I was just saying that the article stated indirectly that Rhodes would become a villain.

Well.... in the comics he went through a mild villainous stage I think: something to do with the armour not beign designed for him if I recall, so it sent him a bit mad, so Tony had to stop him.  It could also just be a trying 'controll friends' plot by the Mandarin or something.

Or Rotten Tomatos might just be making a mistake about calling him a villain.

i heard somewhere on the spiderman 3 game page that there would be an Avengers movie...anyone think Robert Downey would play ironman in that as well as ironman...there will be ironman sequels so hes in for a lot of...ironman"ming"

y isnt there an ironman icon?  :runaway:

o well runaway is awesome :laola:

And Ed Norton as Bruce Banner.  :hulk_icon: Oh my!  :hyper:

Can't wait to see the iron man movie, hope they got nicolas cage playing mandarin :D

I'm pretty happy that Ed Norton is Bruce Banner, should be good.

personaly i dont like nick cage in superhero movies that much...his voice is sooooo monotone its hard to see him as a villain or a hero...wheres the emotion?

Ang Lee really dropped the bomb on his Hulk movie.. so they are doing another Hulk movie to replace it in history, heh.

has anyone heard about the Magneto movie? i think it'll be pretty interesting.

They released a pic of the first Iron Man suit Stark'll be wearing.  Not at home, so I don't have the link, but it looks like the original suit he had, but steel instead of gold.

Tony... Stark?  Apparently he's a Spanish conquistador or something.

am glad it is steel armor not gold as ironman first armor is steel

ive seen a screen from the movie which shows his pace maker built into his chest, when everyone knows that it was in his suit, as yet another change to a classic marvel story by hollywood

Then again, that could be something like a temporary fix.  Perhaps he created that to keep himself alive until the suit was done.  I wouldn't cut it short until we know more.
