I'm still having trouble with the details, but kinda kept the muscle definition and disguised the zigzagging. Now, the Skinner crashes when I try to apply a skin, so Cates, if you think this is enough, please apply it on your side. My PC hates nba2k's programs, apparently.

Wow, that's great work, boreman! The yellow is a little dark for me, but good job keeping the textures. I may be able to use my program now to lighten it up.

Now for the hard work--adding the fire details and making them look sexy. When the overall skin sucked, it didn't really matter that much. Now that the skin could be cool . . .

Oh yeah! It's lightening up and reddening up very nicely where necessary. This is going to be a MAJOR improvement.

I think aerophex meant a helmetless Stryfe as base for armored Shiro.
That might work, or perhps one of XML2 Prelates or Infinites (don't have the pics at hand, I'm just trying to remember armored secondaries to paint over).
