just a two questions. how many characters can be put on the psp??? next how many characters can be put on the ps2???

PSP - Unknown, but mods do not work on the PSP at all, only very, VERY simple little mods using existing stuff from the PSP.

one more question, if you put colossus and moon knight on psp, would you have to replace another character or two to get Moon knight and colossus????

It's probably possible, but modding for anything other than the PC was/is pretty advanced, so nobody ever did it.
