I'd say X-23 has him beaten. What she may lack in strength is compensated for in her agility. Hopefully it's not just a publicity stunt.

im HOPING X-23 wins, but i think because of the Daken-fetish that Marvel is running at the moment, he'll win

Anywho, X-23 will lose whatever initial fight she has with Daken.
Daken, at the moment, is a higher profile character, with much more connection to Wolverine (which is basically all it comes down to with Wolvie- axillaries ).

I'd like to see Daken comletely brutalize (possibly even kill) X-23, and that be the final straw that tells logan "yup, I'm gonna have to kill this jerk"

Daken will not use adamantiun to bond with his bones, he will use a piece of Muramasa sword, which one Wolverine used to kill Sabretooth. It was showed in the last Wolverine Origins issue, and they explain that sword could cut our tresspass most of materials or heroes and this doesn't permit they to heal the injuries. The said that Wolverine was created by Romulus to be the ultimate weapon against the heroes but it didn't work right and he became a hero, so he created a weapon to kill Wolverine and that is Daken but it will only work if he bonds his claws if the muramasa sword. Coming back to the topic Daken has superhuman speed ( he is not a Quicksilver or a Northstar but probably faster than x-23) and as I can see in this image he bonded his claws to a metal ( probably from the muramasa sword) and with all this thing about "Dark Reign" and villains are great than heroes he probably will win.
