I have a problem when I select the characters form hero select and lauch the game with the "Lauch MUA" button  it works but when I lauch the game from the desktop the default characters show up ...
Can anyone help me?

Ok. So if you did everything in the same way like this guide : http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,4555.0.html, it must work.But if its still not,  you have to write your settings step by step.

In this case you don't need the "decomplier" (XMLBCUI).
Install the OCP to the MUA main library ( backup your original files).
Open Heroselect than select the characters,chosse a slot for each one.After you done with this klick to accept team.
If you want to play with the 27 fellows  you must have to add 2 extra characters to the officials.
Download the mod. Extract it.Copy the files to the MUA main library, than edit the herostat.cfg file with notepad++ or another file editor.
After this procedure you have to able to use 27 characters and have the option to choose the default box in HeroSelect.

ok, I finded the issue one character in the herostat.cfg was configured to spot 6 instead of a general spot XXXX .
Howewer some caracters can't fly ...

Well just start a new game. I had the same problem when I  changed skins in the  game.
