yeah, the big problem is not defeating ultron himself, I mean..his body. the problem is he can take over other machines, create several robot lackeys and the fact that he can always upload himself somewhere else and have several backups everywhere. so, yeah, he can be defeated, but exterminating him is a whole other matter.

Tricky. Phoenix Jean defeated Firelord and was supposed to beat Thor (but the comic people couldn't get him in so they replaced him with Firelord). Against Doom with Thor's powers it would be very difficult but maybe not for someone who controls everything physical and mental. Jean then.
