oh, quick observation. when Thanos held the Infinity Gauntlet the only entity that could stop him was the Living Tribunal. Other entities just as powerful as Phoenix such as Eternity, Death and Galactus fell easily. The Infinity Gauntlet grants the wearer power over the entire multiverse, not just the 616 universe.

Don't really know what the mind gem is but Jean, Nate, Xavier, and Ray already beat Emma in power. Psylocke and Emma are the same and I'm assuming Moondragon is around Emma's level. If the mind gem is part of the infinity gaunlet then that really boosts Emma's power. Yet most of the others are already more powerful than her and combined I think they could beat her.
