I don't know that's tough.  I guess I would say quicksilver because he's a speed demon and could probably take out all of multipleman's arsenal of copies the only problem is that he would have to take out the real jamie in order for the copies to stop

LOL, no offense but that's such a mute point. I'll tell you why:
1: Quicksilver has never been an X-Men, only in the AoA. He has indeed been an important member of the Avengers.
2: Listing people like Wolverine, Gambit, Cyclops and Nightcrawler as if they're overpowered like Thor, Nova and Dr Strange? They're soooo inferior in terms of power it's ridiculous. If Sersi alone wants to she can just turn them all to stone. Even the more powerful ones you mentioned like Storm and Jean are way behind the people I mentioned. Thor once had to fight Storm and defeated her with a kiss (true story).
3: Wolverine is a member of the Avengers as well.
4: If you count whoever would "help" this or that team you can bet that the Defenders (and their 70+ roster) and current Guardians of the Galaxy would side with the Avengers. and that's not the point of the fight at all. each team is on their own.
5: Multiple-Man? come on. Like he's omnipotent. One Jamie and 1000 Jamies are about the same effort to destroy for people like Quasar.
6: you listed people of the "Young X-Men". Like I said, I could mention several other people from spin-off teams like Great Lakes, West Coast and Young Avengers. That would increase my list even further.
7: the only truly overpowered x-men are Nate Grey, Juggernaut and Magneto. The Avengers have had at least 8 members that are on that lvl or superior.

I'd say the overpowered Avengers are: Hulk, Thor, Dr Strange, Sentry, Sersi, Photon, Nova and Quasar. There are other who are very powerful but to a lower lvl like Namor, Wonderman, Gilgamesh, Hercules, Torch, Sue, Ms. Marvel, Ironman, Warmachine, Vision and so on. Cap Marvel is an ace, cause he's not as powerful as the the first 8 I mentioned but he has cosmic awareness which makes him really dangerous sometimes. Another ace is Scarlet Witch, who's not THAT powerful normally, but if she peeks during a battle she's a freakin goddess. If you count other temporary boosts like Odin Force or Warrior's Madness for Thor, Binary form for Carol, Vishanti empowerment for Dr Strange, second formula for Sentry, full Nova Corps empowerment for Nova or WWH Hulk version then the Avengers would be devastating.

For the X-Men I'd say Magneto, Vulcan, X-Man and Juggernaut are the big big heavyweights. On a lower lvl but still very powerful would be Storm, Xavier, Emma, Iceman, Polaris, Sunfire, Rachel and so on. Jean would be an ace like Wanda cause she's generally on a Storm lvl of power, but the Phoenix factor can make her a heavyweight as well.

Still i say X-men, buts that just all my point of view, also, Magneto has never been an avanger, so i dont think quicksilver has any doubt whenever he has to join his father on the Avangers no?, also and this is compeltly off-topic and actually just one quickie question about Scarlet, but if she has the power to alter reality, then why didnt she just make her brother fanish when he wanted M-day to happen, more importanly, why are the peeps she hates still alive? I mean, we are talking about a mutant who can change reality here,

And yes your right nowhereman, i dont know the avangers very well (with not very well, i mean i just actually know them, but thats it) Again as said, Her father has never been an avanger, i dont think Wanda has second doubts as well (cloaking the fact her father abonded her though, lets say this plays in the Wolvie and the X-men timeline, where Wanda and her father where just fine )
