Opening/Editing ASSETSFB.WAD

Guys help me please!

I don´t know how to open the assetsfb.wad file, I tried with win rar but an error occurs.

Please guys help me.

Ps:If I obtain to edit it sucesfully w/ winrar I save it like .RAR and rename it to wad?
