polaris's powers

i was thinking about her powers. she can generate electric fields, right? i'm thinking that because of the polar nature of water, she could control water, but i'm not to studied on that subject. anybody want to tell em if i'm right or wrong about this?

Don't stress too much Deedooo, whenever someone asks me stuff like this about comics I always say the same thing. If they haven't done it in the comics, they can't do it.
