Just use vmlite to run a virtual XP box, it's what I do under windows 10 and it works fine:

But you can try to use vmlite or VirtualBox (maybe compatible with your processor) like thetommyboy2002 sugested and you will be able to mod again
I can install 3dsmax with virtualbox but I still prefer a computer with windows xp native because I don't like virtual tools :/
In the future I will try to put together another Computer with some pieces that I have without use but I don't know when because associate Work with fun is increasingly difficult at the moment.

The end of an era... You've done an exemplary job throughout the years with your high-quality skins and mannequins, not to mention how fast you were able to convert them. In many of my numerous mods, it was your visuals that made them look that much more impressive.
Whether you choose to use vmlite as Tommyboy mentioned to continue your works, or you've decided that you're truly done, either way I wish you all the best for the future. 
Many thanks Outsider. I make your words mine, because with a lot of your mods I was inspired to convert / customize several models and so everyone of forum came out win with that and today we have enough things with quality and I hope someone can continue this legacy
