TexMod is available for download, check the main page!  Thanks to the Gamefaqs boards for the info.. deja vu all over again!   :nervous:

It appears that the program was used for dealing with texture pictures from Tomb Raider but might work for SM3. From what it claims on the main page anyways. But if you want to know more, you can try reading the tutorials. Since I don't know too much about it, I am just trying to give suggestions.

thanks ill read the thingy.but I dont understand what you mean by texture.is it some kind of modding tool(as you may have seen in other threads i know nothing of modding)

you can think of "textures" as "images"...
In this case, it contains the patterns and colors (at least) you see on costumes...
