Are The DLC Packs Still Available On PS3 Network & X-Box Live?

I was wondering if the DLC packs for MUA (PS3 & 360) were still available for download on PS3 Network & X-Box Live. I have a 360 & i own a copy of MUA: Gold Edition but my friend wants to buy a PS3 (Which doesn't have a Gold Edition, I think)... So if he buys, will he be able to purchase the DLC packs (On either system)?

Nope.  MUA1 and MUA2 DLC was pulled Jan 1 this year.

& went missing on PS3 during in a middle of before or after the christmas or something in 1st time. I need to find a PSN friend who has them already. I never been play as them + I don't have a single DLC I ever because I don't have money  :cry:
