Appropriate skins for characters?

I recently downloaded the PS2 XML2 skins and I am now pondering which characters would be best suited to the following skins. Mr Sinister, Stryfe and Garokk. Eventhough he is not in the pack, who would be best for Winter Soldier? I'm guessing Forge? Or someone who uses a bolton gun. Thanks.
