Ps2 XML2 MODS

Hi, I own a PS2 and have XML & XML2 soon to follow, I would like to know can you put mods on a PS2? for XML2 perferbly, if possible can anyone tell me how? and also if you can put skins on there, I know it's an odd question but I can't find XML2 for PC anywhere. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I'd be extremly thankful.

You would have to have a modded PS2 and be running the game from a backup hard drive before being able to even experiment.
