Emma is a talented telepath and while Xavier is stronger Wolverine already commented on Xavier's power decrease and something does seem up with him. I just have this suspicion that Emma was involved with the Inner Circle. She felt perfectly genuine with Armor but very defensive on the Jean topic and like she was afraid they would realize something. In the comics Emma has always been wishy-washy about good and evil (like the other X-Villians, Magneto, Mystique, Juggernaut, etc.) so I wouldn't be suprised that it would be on the show too like in WATXM. Plus we did see Emma in Jean's head unless that was an illusion by Mastermind or a Cuckoo which are both probable explanations.
