those aren't npcs. they're just xml npc skins on dihans (awesome) mods.

oh. those are only skin replacements too. use this guide to find skins, copy and past them, then rename them to replace whichever skin on whichever character is the best match.

Like you said, you are replacing skins only. Why would they have new powers along with them?

o and i tried doing stuff like bullseye for hawkeye and loki for mysterio but there arnt showing up as skins there invisible

if you copy the skin (say 5901 for bullseye) then rename it to the skin name that you want to replace (say 17101 for hawkeye) then hawkeye's first skin will be replaced by bullseye's skin. i don't know if bullseye has the correct skin segments to work for hawkeye (as in the bow won't show up).

Let me give you an example: Put Bullseye skin on Elektra.
Fact 1. Bullseye's skin is 5901.igb.
Fact 2. Elektra's skins are numbered as 1201, 1202, 1203, 1204.

Step 1. Back up your files if you haven't already done so. Copy all your files to another location on your harddisk. So, you can recover lost files and/or undo changes easily.
Step 2. You copy 5901.igb to your desktop.
Step 3. Rename this 5901.igb to 1201.igb
Step 4. Put this "new" 1201.igb back in the actors folder, overwriting the original there.

BTW i was using some of those skins and for a strange reason i got the powers of who it was replacing any1 know what happened
