How to Post a video on the forum

Hey guys you know how you can post pics on the forum without having to click a link to get to it?  Well I was wondering if we could post vids from youtube without having to click a link to get to it.  So I decided to look and I found a video that tells you how to do it.  So I thought I'd share it with everyone.

The only thing is right now I found out that when you embed a video you have to click use old embed code, and delete everything except the youtube site.  Like this:

Delete everything except http://www.youtube.com/v/ZFrRwYrokMo? where it ends with a question mark.
Also the size I used was 480,390

Thanks.  Yeah I haven't seen vids like this on the forum either, so I thought it'd be a good thing to share and that way people wouldn't have to click on links.  I didn't like it because usually I would want to see the video quickly without having to navigate away from the forum and wait for it to load....
