dlc request for modding

can someone upload they're xbox 360 dlc for Juggernaught Character pack and Carnage, Magneto, Black Panther, Cable character pack? im going to try something. your help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT:
heres a link for the tool you need http://digiex.net/attachments/downloads/download-center-2-0/xbox-360-content/apps/6363d1298280701-xbox-360-usb-storage-explorer-xplorer-xtaf-v44-new-usbxtafgui_v44.zip and you also need a flash drive and the dlc needs to be from the us and acquired before dec 31st 2010 cuz after the dlc is just a teaser pak! and you must configure your portable device for the 360 with the 360!

Well, not that you would find anyone, who would give you the DLC stuff, but you could have a better chance, if you would tell everyone about your idea.
