moving the game from 1 pc to another without reinstalling

i have my mods all set and ready and i know just copying and pasting the full install file isnt enough when moved the directx9dll is missing pops up is there another part i have to move?

You should just install directx9 on your other computer or start it in compatible mode then it mite work. xD

Well I did download the old directx9 files because the psp games on emu just don't cut it after playing pc version

can confirm you can move the game you just need the directx installer from the disk to run it and you can just copy the directx installer folder from the disk to the computer for a no re install transfer
