X-men Origins: Wolverine, my mods
« on: July 30, 2011, 02:16am »
I know it's kinda of an old game, but for anyone who's interested in it, here's a mod I made for X-men Origins. :)

Wolverine from X-men Evolution. this the original look:

and that's my mod:

Download link:  http://www.mediafire.com/?aabumw6n2kcyu4m

any comments and suggestions would be much appreciated!
Hope you enjoy! :)

ps: the mod is for the "Legendary Wolverine" costume, so you must unlock and select it before entering a chapter. (in case you can't be bothered for unlocking the costume, look for a 100% savegame online)

I don't have this game, but your skin looks terrific.

That looks great Alex. Any chance you could make a 90's version of the tigerstripe costume and give wolverine's mask a long set of ears? Could you also put a rectangular red and black x symbol on his belt buckle?

If you are refering to the classic blue/yellow tigerstripe costume (:wolverine:) it's already in the game. Otherwise could you send me a link or picture of the costume? ;)

I'm well aware that the classic version of the suit already in the game. I own the ps3 version. But thats not exactly an on model look to how his costume was drawn in the 90's. the ears are way too short and there is no x on his belt buckle. Thats why I want this variant.

I can make it, however the shoulder parts cannot be included since I can only alter the texture and not the geometry..! If that's ok with you, I'll give it a shot..! ;)

Well I would say either some kind of Zombieverse Wolverine skin or this http://marvel.wikia.com/James_Howlett_%28Earth-1720%29

The shoulder pads are already included with the Classic skin, so that shouldn't be an issue.

true, but since you want bigger ears, I'd use the "Legendary Wolverine" costume (or the Xforce) since they have big ears, but they lack the shoulder pads.
I can't edit/remove/add any geometry, all I can do is paint the character.

I'd say James Howlett, but do you have a full body picture?

Okay gotcha. I was thinking that the head model was in a seperate pack file since the general build of wolverine's body was pretty consistant across all 3 bonus suits.
