ASM and Edge of Time for PSP?

Hey I'm John this is my first topic here. I was wondering is there a way to mod the 3DS ISO files from The Amazing Spider-man and Edge of Time so that they can be patched on PSP? I know I've seen somewhere people trying to patch DreamCast games for PSP such as Sonic Adventure 2. I'm asking for the 3DS versions since I thought they might be more close to PSP as graphics and processor. I don't know that much about 3DS so I might be wrong but even so, would it be possible?

If you ask, that can you somehow play a 3DS game on a PSP, I'm pretty sure it's impossible. A DreamCast is far from a 3DS, plus there would also be technical issues, since the PSP has only one screen and it's not really a 3D handheld, like Nintendo 3DS. Plus, I'm pretty sure that would be illegal
