I never understand what's that "Contract Issues" mean anyway, is it bad that we still haven't got the game's digital DLC & upgrade patch from Capcom?

Probably what it says on the box, Marvel hasn't approved any sort of update for the game (just spitballing here, could be completely different.)
What digital DLC do you speak of?

It's like some kind of content that doesnt appeared on-disc for example, like RE6 has a downloadable modes digitally, despite has on-disc contents
