Sweet! Sims 4 is like a upgraded version of the Sims 2.

:storm:

Release date will be announced at EA's E3 press conference!

Also, the name of the neighborhood coming with The Sims 4 is Willow Creek!

Newest Release : Raven

Yeah that would be neat. Though there was the CAW Tool ( Create-A-World ) for The Sims 3, I've tried it and it's a bit complicated. xD

The Sims in in Sims 4 looks much smarter than the Sims in Sims 3.:storm:

The Sims 4 will be released on September 2nd (NA) / September 4th (EU) 2014.

QuoteWalmart has begun preparations for The Sims 4 with official EA promo material, and our reader JDStaton snapped a photo of the release date. The screenshot below is that of official promo material from the EA marketing team, along with all the new “renders” released yesterday.

EA will be officially announcing The Sims 4′s release date during this year’s E3 conference

That isn't to long to wait, and from the looks of it, it appears like it will be worth the wait.

I definitely hope it will be modifiable like the other Sims. A combination of 2 and 3 mods. 2 had real great mods, especially all the cool costumes that people made, but 3 had some really good stuff too.

That is only a 2 weeks after my birthday and  I'm preordering the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe. I cant wait!! :storm:

I'll buy it at retail, just like all my previous Sims games, seeing as I can't buy it digitally via Credit /Debit card.

I was so disappointed with Sims 3 -- I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will like Sims 4 because Sims 2 was a lot of fun.
Use this poll to tell everyone where you are from:

This is some of the things you can unlock with Origin.

More The Sims 4 E3 Info!

__Neighborhood__

For those who don't know yet, the neighborhood's name is Willow Creek, and it's inspired by New Orleans.
But at E3, new info was shared about Willow Creek, and neighborhoods in general in TS4.

- Neighborhoods in The Sims 4 are somewhat a combination between The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 neighborhoods.
- They won't be a truly open world as in The Sims 3, but they won't be single lots (like TS2) as well.

- A single neighborhood in The Sims 4 will be divided into multiple districts/areas. (I believe Willow Creek is divided into 4-5 districts)
- Going from one district to another brings up a loading screen.
- Each district has several residential and/or community lots. (Lots are not loaded individually, so basically a district is a mini-TS3 open world neighborhood)
- According to spectators at E3, average loading time for a district is 30 seconds.
- This was done to massively reduce lag, make the game smoother and faster, and above all make the world feel more alive. As each district will now be more populated with Sims, and won't feel desolate and empty such as the neighborhoods in The Sims 3.

__Timeline__

The Sims 4 will not be set in the same timeline as the previous 3 games, instead it will be in it's own "Alternative Universe" (as the Dev's call it)
But never the less, will feature memorable Sims, such as the Goths.

__The Gallery__

As seen in the press conference, the Gallery is a built-in exchange system, where players can share their Sims and Lots with other players.
An internet connection is not required to play The Sims 4, but is required to access the Gallery.

__Relationships__

Relationship management in the game has changed.
In addition to normal relationship meters, The Sims 4 also tracks Sims' "romantic" relationships; this can lead to interesting situations where Sims are angry with each other or even enemies, while simultaneously being strongly romantically attracted to each other.

__Misc Information__

- The Sims 4 will have an auto-saving feature.
- No more maternity clothes. Unlike the previous games, in TS4 all clothes available to females will also be available while they're pregnant.

__Still not confirmed/announced__

- Pools
- Getting in/out animations for cars
- More than one neighborhood
- Minimum system requirements
