New functions

Installed some new Forum functions:

Chat
SA Chat, allows chatting with forum members only, no guests. This means that if the person who you were looking for is online, you can chat with him/her. Been a long time coming.

Note that messages are purged after 1 day.

If there are complaints about wild unwanted messages/ads I will limit it to the buddy list only.


Translation
Google Translate has been implemented on the forum. It will attempt to translate everything on this forum to the language you select, allowing possible better interaction between forum members.

It's exciting to see a chat function has finally been put into place! This blue theme is a bit weird tho, not really used to it.

I thought I had it resolved. The default theme should be Theme1. I will double check.

I made sure that everyone's theme was set to the theme we had before.
