XML2 Maps To MUA
« on: November 29, 2015, 09:52am »
Hey guys I don't no if people already no this but there is a way to import xml2 maps to mua just by renaming some files and I am going to tell you some steps on how to do so :D

STEP 1 - Goto "Your MUA Game File" Then Maps

STEP 2 - Chose a map you want to edit then open XML2 maps

STEP 3 - Find the XML2 map you want in MUA

STEP 4 - Copy The XML2 Map .igb to you Desktop

STEP 5 - Rename it the same as the MUA .igb The first one ((((E,g deadzone.igb to Stark.igb))))) then replace the file

STEP 6 - Open the game and go to the mission you replaced

Hope this helps and if need help ask :D

There's lots more to it than just changing the .igb. To get enemies to work, zone transitions, spawns and more you can't just swap the .igb.

it crashes because the coding in the map files make references to things in XML2 that aren't in MUA. as stated, you have to do a lot more than just rename the files for it to work right. also, i think it has been discovered that the game can't handle all the XML2 files and the MUA files at the same time, or it will crash constantly.
