probably all platforms, although they didn't specify. i figured it would've happened by now, because how hard/time consuming can it be to port already finished material?

yes i got the update for ps4 and yes it does have the dlc characters

Except there isn't any sign of PSP exclusives, not all of them cared for these last missing contents (including Hawkeye's simulations)

honestly its better that they dont add the psp characters let psp have something the console versions dont get plus the only good character was captain marvel

as of today, the ps4 version has the DLC. i assume its across all platforms. at any rate, its at least a step in the right direction of fixing things. it also looks like they did a minor tweak to lighting. the models don't seem to be quite as shiny and reflective, however the menus and GUI elements still suffer from too much lighting glare.

hopefully, they continue to work on the game and actually due a true remaster of the graphics and models.

For example, like a certain NPC characters (mostly Final Bosses). Since the announcement has a UI changes, meaning there's a 100% chance to play as the characters who were exclusive to a certain Ravens' console ports:

* First up: Colossus and Moon Knight + 5 Simulations (formerly PS3/360/Wii playable by default, and full files found unused > playable via mods on PS2/PSP/Xbox/original PC), available by default at launch

* Second: Xbox 360 DLC Latest Editions exclusives as of August 30, 2016

* Lastly since there still issues left & should be 100% chance for September's last week patching: PSP exclusives (including Hawkeye's simulations) (since there's a HQ textured models, power icons, huds found unused on Wii)

If one of you guys purchase the RE game & has the 2nd patch on some of 3 consoles you guys owned, is Storm still missing some sounds (Commands, No Powers, No Works, Land, Jump, Pain, Death, Low Health, Level Up, .etc)?

for the ps4 version:

1) moon knight and colossus came with the initial launch
2) i was not aware of any DLC other than the gold edition characters. they added dr doom, magneto, venom, sabretooth, cyclops, hulk, hawkeye, and nightcrawler. they must have changed something else under the hood too, because at the start, a message said my save file was incompatible with the new update.
3) i doubt the PSP exclusives will be added, but hopefully. i had no idea there was unused material on the WII. is that for the PSP exclusives?
4) no idea if storm is missing sound. i havent used her yet

It's probably incompatible because of the character additions

And also when it comes to a new completely different animation coding and changes its properties (eg. from rapid tap to charge ver.), talents, new costume slots, & missions too. Except on some changes still affects the save games safely:

*Retexture of the old costume slots
**Replace with new costume model number will cause a mess when you used save game after changing costume slots
*ZoneInfo loading
*Credits
*Review Path
*Entities
*Some Animation Coding (as long the properties remained the same but a little different such as adds new sounds, effects, & change animation text (such as ea_power1 into ea_power2)
*hex editing
*Effects
*Huds & Power Icons
*Change to other Weapon & Effect Models (still affects to stats related, & character moves files)
*Sounds
