Hello,

Can someone re-upload XMLBCUI?  The Thread, "List of Compatible Old Programs for Remastered Edition," provides a link, which has a link to a dead upload.

I'm slowly trying to gather the programs and information I apparently need to get some new characters inserted into my game.
