This is a package mod that adds a separate exe and files that allow you to play with a roster full of Marvel characters not found in the base roster. Its roster runs separately from the base game.

Features:

• A separate exe (Xmen2_MUE.exe) from the base game with its own set of files, allowing for a new roster and new experience. The following files are used:
  
  • Herostat: hero_mue.engb
  • Team bonus file: team_b_mue.engb
  • Danger Room file: danger_mue.engb
  • new_game scripts: new_bhe_.py and new_mue__hard.py
  • characters_heads package: characters_h_mue.pkgb
• A unique save folder to prevent conflicts with the main game.
• A roster with Marvel heroes. Mod characters are included with the download:

Installation Instructions:

• MO2 Method:
  
  • The All X-Men Edition and Brotherhood Edition must be installed as well.
  • Install the mod through MO2 as an archive. Deselect any png and txt files included with the download. Also delete the exe from the download.
  • The priority of this mod should be 2.
  • Manually install the mod's exe file into your game files, and then configure it as an exe in MO2.
  • You don't need to change anything in your game files or the mod's files to get this mod to work.
• Direct Method:
  
  • The All X-Men Edition must be installed first, followed by the Brotherhood Edition.
  • Extract the mod's download.
  • Drag and drop the mod into your game files. Install it before other character mods.
  • You don't need to change anything in your game files or the mod's files to get this mod to work.

BTW, there is an extra S in the team bonus for F4.

And IW's multiple shot power is called Kinetic Bolts.

Just curious, but there's actually 22 characters shown as the final roster.  Who didn't actually make the cut?

no theres only 21, Human Torch, is shown twice, once at the end of the first row and at the top of the second row.  Moon Knight was replaced by Spiderman.

i also wanted to mention, for the next x_voice update, i'll be including all these characters menu callouts by Nick Fury, and if theres enough room, maybe at least one menu break line for the characters that dont have one.

This mod is EXCELLENT.  And I appreciate how all the characters included are up-to-date.  Is there a way to unlock Iron Man (perhaps through modifying new_game.py?)

you mine as well collect his armor. What the use if you have played as him already? Enjoy the others for awhile lol. The unlock code for it works on keyboard I have tried many times.

Is there a way of getting PC MUA skins to XML2 because I hate Invisible Woman's PS2 hair.

no the pc mua skins dont work in xml2, so we can only use ps2 and xbox which both use the short hair model
