Complete the Roster

As it stands now, there are 15 confirmed characters and (supposedly) 24 characters in total. That leaves 9, so your post your ideal nine here.

I think they will add only 2 more X-Men. And tough I'm against it, I'm guessing there will be 2 more villains. I just hope they don't cheap out and make Magneto count as an X-Men.

I'm thinking realistically here:

Black Widow (part of the story/ one of the Females)
Iron Fist (Would make up a new avengers team bonus with Luke, Wolverine and Spiderman.)
Spiderwoman (need at least 5 females/ part of the storyline)
Warbird (same as above)
Cable (to make an X-men team bonus and give us a second Telekinesis character/ part of the storyline)
Bishop (xmen team bonus/ part of the story)
Dr Strange (we need around 2 teleporting characters/ Gives us a third Telekinesis character)
Deadpool (he seems to be getting popular/ 2nd Teleporter)
Black Panther (part of the story, would set of a double date bonus.)

I think that gives us what we usually get: 4/5 Females, 2/3 Telekinesis, 2 Teleporters, Some weaponry characters.

But i would love to see Jean Grey/ Marvel Girl, Punisher and Captain Marvel too. Maybe as Exclusives?

I would probably have had more X-Men in there, but they are probably only going to have 2 more to finish off a team of 4.  I think they will probably just put Colossus and Iceman in to make it easier for themselves though (especially Colossus since he can share handlers with Hulk and Thing).

Punisher - perfect replacer for Nick Fury, Blade and Deadpool, shooter, new character
Magneto - enemy, bad guys team, well-known villain, cool powers 
Doctor Doom - enemy, bad guys team, big marvel villain 
Ms. Marvel - female, energy AND physical attacks, Avenger 
Silver Surfer - cool powers, energy user, original 

I really hope they consider to make a bigger roster, because I know I left big characters out who I also would like to have in the game:

Elektra, Black Panther, Deadpool, Ghost-Rider, Spider-Woman => especially, Elektra and Spider-Woman to raise the very short female characterlist.

And some other new characters I really would like to be playable:

Quicksilver (it can't be THAT difficult)
Scarlet Witch (another female and Avenger)
Iron Fist (nice to team up with Luke Cage)
She-hulk (another female and Avenger)
Namor (it would be cool to have a physical + waterbased character, one of the first marvel characters)
Colossus, Iceman, Psylocke and Gambit (I name them because I think they are popular enough to actually make it to the roster to make a X-men team)

I've chosen my nine characters by looking at the teams they can be part of, the diversity they bring to roster, my favourite characters, the chances they have to be in and a balance between old characters and new characters (and I think there should always be more than 4 female characters).

Iron Fist - Movie in the making really interesting character if done right.
- COME ON! Crazy dude full of guns & ammo! XD

X-Men 
Iceman - one of the collest X-MEN plus one of the original 5 (MUST HAVE)
Nightcrawler - fun character, teleporter, interesting gameplay.

Villains:
Dr Doom - Maybe he could be brought back to join the fight.MY PERSONAL FAVORITE VILLAIN ^^
Magneto - Awesome "villain"... great versatility gameplaywise

I mean, let's face it... looking at the roster there so many great chars missing! My opinon is that the villains are taking valuable slots and i HATE that! Plus there very few women on the roster...

Chars i would like to see...

- Yeap, i like X-MEN
- VERY FUNNY CHARACTER, BEST LOOKING EXTREME IN MUA
- Fun character in MUA
- I think it would be interesting...

I really don't like the whole "playable villains" thingy... wouldn't mind if we had a huge roster but you simply CANNOT waste hero spots on villains... after all... the more villains non-playable, the more interesting fights you can get ^^

I also felt my list was incomplete. There's always something missing.

I'm very curious what the final roster will look like and who came the closest on this forum guessing who's in.

Looks like I'll be the first one to say this.

1. Jean Grey OR Nightcrawler, based upon your save data from MUA.  More stuff like this should be in more games I think.  It's good marketing and it creates a more unique experience for the gamer, especially as more and more things like this are introduced per game.

2. Super Skrull or some other Skrull character, based on if you saved the Skrull homeworld.  Remember what it said about them helping to repell a kree invasion?  This could be a tie in to that.

3. Namor, if you saved him.

4. Colossus, depending on if the legacy virus was cured or not.

5. Cable

6. Deadpool

7. Cyclops

8. Havok or Corsair, thus allowing a Nuclear Family group with Cable, Cyclops, Jean, and Havok or Corsair.

9. Daisy Johnson, as this is supposed to go off of the Secret War story.

To put together a strictly what-I-want list...

1).Dazzler!  LOVE THIS GIRL!, we need more girls and x-men, plus she should be like the MOD of her!
2).Moonkinght!  Loved him in MUA and i dont know why he shouldnt be in MUA2
3).Magma!  She should deserve to have a bigger powers set! and more females!
4).Marvel Girl! somethin like Jean in XL2 but with more powerful phoenix powers
5).Ms.Marvel! Just like in MUA! she was great!!
6).Sage!  OMG, LOVE the MOD of her!! and shes cool!
7).Nova!  Everyone seems to like him, and so do i !!
8).Gambit!  like in XL2 but better!
9).Elektra! Liked her in MUA and i love her Sais!!

The only reason ive got loads of girls it becos SO FAR there is only INVIS WOMAN, and STORM!
