Sadly, my "breakthrough" wasn't one. I still have the same problem I had before, it just seemed to go away for an hour or so.Then came back.
But it DID go away, and I'll find out why, it's just I didn't find out today.
Maybe tomorrow or the next day.
Long story short, still no releases till I can sort this, I'm afraid.

Meanwhile, I've cracked one of the things that stopped me making stuff:
Fixed it!111!!11oneoneoneeleventyone!
I had to get a utility from the Discrete website that converts Physique-d objects to Skin-ned ones.
Then re-physique her, then run the conversion utility, and hey presto! The smell of Victory!

With the correct number of spine bones and a silky smooth Skin modifier.
Hopefully it'll make my meshes look better than ever!

I've decided to release some hulk meshes and skins, despite not being able to get the bump and gloss to work yet.
Heres a Hulk 5-pack, featuring a kittbashed version of the DLC texture on my mesh, a new green hulk, a new grey hulk, World War Hulk (no helm), and Planet Hulk (with helm).
