Hmm, interesting. Isn't that technically kinda like datamining, so much can be discovered by doing that. Those may be future playables or maybe team-ups?

Sort of. I'm going for textures only but I get every picture in the game in the mean time with it lol. I know Juggernaut will be playable (was announced anyway) but idk about Ka-Zar and Moonstone. But the pictures do say Character Unlocked.

I saw this pic and thought that you had converted Ka-Zar for MUA!  I hope that he is on your list for the future.

I believe those Kazar and Moonstone things have been in since the beginning of the game. They're currently not slated for release at any point (for example, they say that certain characters will be added in the future even if they haven't been officially announced yet).

Make sure to log in on the one year anniversary for lots of freebies.

@_@ Mmm, I hope one of those freebies is 400 Splinters or 900Gs, cuz I'm too damn lazy to work towards getting the splinters needed for Jean. Plus all my family members have a Maestro debit card, and the only debit cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa, so I can't buy Gs. Curses!

Marvel Heroes 2015 nears...

Massive launch continues Gaz commitment to improve and expand.

We're quickly approaching the imminent launch of Marvel Heroes 2015. The press materials are set, the assets are packaged, the servers are warm, the wire is taut, and the heroes are ready to rock 'n' roll. Soon, we'll launch and make new our pledge to delivering another year of impossible improvement and immeasurable growth (surprisingly measurable thanks to forthcoming infographics).

In-game, we're gearing up to unleash Surtur, the epic lord of fire demons and master of Muspelheim. But, that terrifying monster is just the beginning of Marvel Heroes 2015.

Throughout the course of our month-long anniversary celebrations, expect:

* Surtur Raid: The aforementioned ruler of fire demons headlines an epic end-game event for 10 players.
     
* Omega System: Advance, alternately. The Omega System allows for even further character customization and progression up to and beyond level 60.
     
* Daily Shared Quests: A new way to undertake missions and adventures reserved for earth's mightiest.
     
* Achievements: Accomplish the impossible and be recognized – some are even catered to individual heroes.
     
* Login Rewards: Showing our appreciation for committed players by thanking them with many awesome things.
     
* Silver Surfer: The Herald nears. Will Norrin Radd's arrival presage doom, bring salvation, or just deliver a cool new hero to play? (Hint: It's the last one.)
     
* 365: Days of. Gifts for. Oh yes, we have plans.
     
* End of Anniversary: End of Anniversary: A celebratory surprise event to close out the month.
     
And that's to start!

Our in-game update is scheduled to occur shortly. Check back here and on the Forums for the latest up-to-the-minute.

Oh... Our kickoff is going to include a big weekend event, too.

If you have facebook, there are currently keys available for free random hereos.  I got Nightcrawler. 

Look up Softpedia on facebook and then click on their Marvel Heroes 2015 app.

I just started playing this again to see if i would be able to advance past the part the part that kept crashing on me, and it works now. Anyway has anyone looked at the omega drive trees. The one I really looked at was the Psionics one. And wow, Malice, Kid Omega, Franklin, Blindfold, and Preview (If you know who that is, you get a like.) were all mention in the passives. I'm impressed.

I figured I should since I purchased Cable's starter pack. Got Jean to fifteen which is my farthest on any hero. I have Cable who was the in my starter pack. Storm and Hawkeye. for starter and prologue complete. Jean who I brought with gs from starter pack. Thor from a code, and Thing from a random box. My current issue is that I'm having issues with virtual memory. So I'll need to figure that out. Anyway with level fifteen I got 250 for a total 2,150.  Another reason I came back. I can probably wait for a sale, but any recommendations? I'm planing to get Nightcrawler.

I have 10 heroes now.  I just got Nightcrawler, but I haven't played him enough yet to make an evaluation.  However, I really like Human Torch, Emma Frost and Ghost Rider.

Do you like Thor?  I have heard both positive and negative comments about him.

I haven't tried him out yet. Hawkeye and Storm were the heroes I used in the beta and I've only really played with Cable and Jean in the game.  Yeah, all three of those are ones that sound interesting to me. Thanks for your input.
