I wanted to put my own made but i dont know how

Its pretty sweet , but I got 2 questions

1 : Why does it have blue by the hands?
2 : Where you aware the eyes turn white for a sec

1.it has blue because its the light that goes when he pulls out his claws
2.The white is a fast shine in the eyes
