Jubilee Mod v3 (update 10-05-08)

nevermind i got it, I just wanted to replace her series skin with this new series skin one but i did'nt know which number it was.

do yo mean her skin numbers? 15101 to 15106

ok found a mistake in powerstyle, fixed it and now rapid globols shoots two fireworks when held down, doesnt look so slow now.

I love this jubilee mod is my favorite mod ot there. her what if you ask burning rage if you can edit it alittle and add more moves, like maybe a teleport one.

thanks for editing those globules!  they look great now :)

Jubilee teleports?  Also it takes a while to add extra abilities and to reference them everywhere.  If nodoubt wants to do it, it will be done in the future I am sure.  If you are talking about animations that is even more complicated because I believe it is all hexing.

Jubilee doesn't teleport.

She's a gymnast and does flips- closest thing to teleporting she's done is hopping through Gateway's portal several times and going to the Shi'ar galaxy through a portal. 

her current abilities are super strength... which supposedly is comparable to Beast or Spiderman's lifting capabilities.


lol, yeah i got what you meant, because why would i ask Burning Rage if i could edit my mod.  The thing about these XML1 characters is that there skeletons have such few animations. usually theres 2 attacks, one for boost, and one for Xtreme. So every attack kind of will look the same, thats why a started using shared animations. Im going to start working on adding more powers to Teancums Beast mod now, and then i'll take a look at Psylocke and see what powers i can add.

Psylocke is pretty complete, the mod is great, all she really needs is maybe three new attacks. a Telekinetic attack, a sword attack, and a third one, maybe a super kick, something that will damage things that dont have minds (robots/sentinels).  Xtreme and Boost wise, she is complete.

Intensity did some changes to the mod and he and I wanted to share them with you guys

Pep Rally/Taunt- changed the power description.
Mental Plasmoid- changed the power description and animation.
Pep Rally- changed the animation to a dive roll.
Decimation- removed the sparkle effects.
Detonation- changed name to Molecular Detonation and changed power description.
Scorching Blast- Changed name to Scorching Sparkles.
Rapid Globules- changed the start effect to her confusion sparkles around her hands, changed the speed to be exactly as fast as Ironman's power.

Okay first - superlative work, guys!

Second, having had a fair crack now (start to Lady Deathstrike), I have noticed the following. Bear in mind that it might be something at my end, since I'm not very used to doing this sort of thing!

Despite apparently following the instructions in the readme (i.e. copying the 15101.IGB from the Menu Portait folder from the zip (as opposed to the 15101.igb in the HUD folder) to the XML2\UI\models\characters\ folder, I don't appear to have a selection picture in the team setup screen.

Second, the Energy Blasts are coming out a bit odd - the trails appear to be coming out sideways; perpendicular to the line of flight - to the right, I think - not in line. (They don't appear to be making any noise, but I gather editing sound is not possible at this stage).

Other than that (and the fact that when I tried hex-modifying my older saves game and it crashed flat out every time) it has been running as smoothly as you like!



Is there, by any chance, a Jubilee mod as good as this from Ultimate Alliance yet?
